To prevent odors and cold air drafts, it may be necessary to
place non-combustible insulation or field fabricated metal
plates around the vent pipe flues as they go through the
damper.
Note: The LINK-DV4-30B and LINKSQ-DV4-30 systems
REQUIRE this insulation.

and allow less cold air infiltration in negative pressure settings.
**LINK-DV430B/LINKSQ-DV4-30:
• This installation may be more susceptible to cold air infiltration and
the effects of negative pressure on the appliance's performance.
• Depending on the chimney cleanliness, consider using the
full length intake so as to lessen the possibility of sense rod
contamination and flame rectification issues.

Remove 18 inch x 18 inch flashing on cap by removing
3 screws. Connect both the LINK-ZC-ADPB to Class
INLET AIR
A Pipe and the termination cap to the LINK-ZC-ADPB
VENT PIPE
with the self tapping screws provided.
