Powering Your Phone On or Off

When your phone is off, press and hold
your SIM card is protected by a PIN, you must enter it to use
the phone.

When your phone is on, press and hold

Turning On/Off Fast Boot
Your HUAWEI mobile phone is equipped with a unique Fast
boot feature.
If Fast boot is enabled, the phone will enter a deep sleep mode
instead of switching completely off once you touch Power off.
Your phone will consume a small amount of energy in this state
to pause at the last thing you've been doing. With Fast boot
enabled you will be able to continue using your phone within
seconds once you press
Fast boot is enabled by default.
1. Touch > Settings.
2. Select/deselect the Fast boot check box.
Since your mobile phone will not be fully switched off in Fast
boot, please do not use Fast boot while being on an airplane
again.
