PIN Menu

The PIN code protects the SIM card and phone from
unauthorized access. You're prompted to enter the PIN code
for access to GSM specific features such as Call Barring and
Call Diverting. The PIN code can be 4-8 digits in length. After
three successive incorrect entries the PIN code is blocked
and you'll be asked to enter the PIN2 code.

With PIN Check enabled, your phone requests entry of the
PIN1 code upon power-up. The PIN1 code is assigned to
your SIM card by Verizon Wireless.
