Cause
If a PC or a Mac is connected using the
USB cable, its microphone sensitivity is
low.
If a device is connected to the audio
output terminals, the audio output volume
is low.
Cause
The voice guidance is disabled.
The smartphone to be paired has pairing
information with another YVC-1000.
Action
Increase the microphone sensitivity.

Turn up the audio output volume.

Enable the voice guidance. (→ page 29)
Delete pairing information with another
YVC-1000 from the smartphone, and
perform pairing with the target
YVC-1000. (→ page 19)
