Video Compression will adjust the video codec and quality settings for the video you will record to your hard
drive.
The Codecs depend on the TV hardware you are using. For a full explanation of each codec, please refer to the
hardware setup guide for your specific TV product.
3. The Audio panel will adjust the audio settings for your TV hardware.
On the left side of the screen, select the TV device/hardware as well as the video input you wish to configure.
The video input is generally TV Tuner, S-Video, Composite, etc...
On the right side of the screen, under Linked Audio Input, select the Device (usually it's going to be the same
as selected on the left side of the screen) and then the audio input.
