If this happens:

Xpress shuts off unexpectedly.
You do not receive all the XM channels you
have subscribed to.
No audio.
No song title or artist name is displayed.
No audio when listening to Xpress
an FM radio.
Audio fades or has static when listening
Audio sounds too soft
XM Instant Traffic and Weather channels
sound different than other channels

You should:
Check whether you set the sleep timer, and set it to "Off" if desired.
Check whether "Vehicle Mode/Delayed Power Off" is set, and set it
to "Off" if desired. Xpress

Check to see if you skipped any channels (page 42). If you still do
not receive all channels, your Xpress

Check all connections between your Xpress
