The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires this product to be installed by a licensed Plumber or Gas Fitter. -

I. Pre-Installation Provide clearance between boiler jacket and combustible material in accordance with local fi re ordinance. See Figure 2 for minimum clearance from combustible material for closet installation. For alcove installation provide top clearance of 27 inches and right side clearance of 6 inches. -
