3. H/W Circuit Description
To enter into Switch-ON state, one of following 4 conditions is satisfied.
] ON_PWON : pushed after a debouncing time of 30ms.
] ON_REMOTE : After debouncing, when a falling edge is detected on RPWON pin.
] IT_WAKE_UP : When a rising edge is detected on RTC_ALARM pin.
] CHARGER_IC :When a charger voltage is above VBAT+0.4V on VCHG.

L1150 using 128Mbit Flash + 64Mbit pSRAM with 16 bit parallel data bus thru ADD01 ~ ADD22.

LCD module include:
LCD: 128*160 65,000 Color TFT LCD
LCD Backlight: White LED illumination and DC/DC converter Module
LCD module is connected to main board thru 60 pins FPC.
