Cancels ESC M code.
When the ESC P code is input, the Elite-sized print mode set by the
ESC M code is cancelled and the printer returns' to Pica-sized print
mode. Note, however, that ESC P is only effective to cancel the ESC
M code and does not cancel print modes such as Enlarged or
Condensed print modes, etc.
