All saws except 3120
Fit the hand guard, the two bushings and the
screw.
Fit the cylindrical pin.
Pull back the hand guard so that the brake is
not actuated.

Carefully tighten the vice until the hole for the
tubular pin and the ratchet align.
Carefully knock in the pin.
Check the chain brake as described on the
next page.
