Tools Required:
• Crescent Wrench up to 3/4" adjustment
• 2 mm Allen key
• Pliers
Unpacking: remove all items out of the box, then
remove zip ties from the Cart Frame 11.

Attach the Wheels

(Fig. 2)
The floor removal cart is pre-assembled with a
Cotter Pin 22, two Nylon Washers 21, and a card-
board spacer in place of a Wheel 20 on each side
of the axle.
1. Remove the cardboard spacer and discard.
2. Remove and save the pre-installed Cotter Pin
22 from the cart's axle.
3. Remove and save the outside Nylon Washer
21.
4. Ensure that the inside Nylon Washer 21 is in
place, then install the Wheel 20 onto the axle.
5. Re-install the outside Nylon Washer 21 and
then Cotter Pin 22.
6. Properly bend the Cotter Pin 22 to hold the
Wheel 20 in place.
7. Repeat steps 1-6 for the other Wheel 20.
Attach the Handle Assembly
(Fig. 3)
1. Unscrew, do not remove, the two bolts from
the top of the Handle Assembly 2 and sepa-
rate just the Mounting Bar 5 from the assem-
bly.
2. Stand the Cart Frame 11 upright. The instal-
lation of the Handle Assembly 2 will take
place at the back of the cart (as shown).
3. Ensure that the Height Adjustment Lever
Guard 7 and the Handle Assembly Block 3
are still in place, align the bolts to the holes
and place the Handle Assembly 2 onto the
top of the Cart Frame 11.
4. Insert the Mounting Bar 5 inside the Cart
Frame 11 and properly tighten the bolts to
secure the Handle Assembly 2 to the Cart
Frame 11.
