Also, try to obtain as much information as possible on the operational environmentofthe user’s PC. <PC’s operational environment> Product name, model number, name of CPU, operation clock, RAM capacity, HD capacity, names of installed software, use of USB hub, and any equipment connected with USB simultaneously.
