The shoulder press starts and works for 5sec. then
opens to stroke end, at the same time the front press
is put into close position making accessible the left
sleeve.
Up to this moment you can change the ironing
cycle (see "Console").
Up to this moment you can change the
exclusions (see "Console").
You can delete, one at a time, the performed
operations up at this time by pressing the button
RESET.
8. Proceed as the previous point for the left sleeve.
9. Start the required finishing program
holding both buttons on the right clamp (front and
upper) until the front board closes
10. When you start the cycle these devices are controlled
automatically in sequence:
 closing front press and stops the suction
 total expanding of the side internal paddles for bust

 starting sleeve tensioning:

11. At the end of the finishing cycle all press/clamps open
(the sliding front truck slide to right), remove the
garment finished; the machine is now ready for a new
finishing.
You must run all the commands in sequence .
EMERGENCY-STOP & RESET BUTTONS
Press the red mushroom EMERGENCY-STOP to stop the
machine immediately.
The button is on the sliding front truck, once inserted it
hold on: 0 alarm appears on the PLC, all functions of the
machine are disabled (the red light "POWER" turns off)
except the PLC, to allow the management of the machine
during the emergency; all the press/clamp already
activated open, and the machine,
TOUCH SCREEN, turns off (red light "POWER" off).

To reset the machine proceed as follows:
- unlock the red mushroom EMERGENCY-STOP
and turn it to clockwise
- press the RESET button on the sliding front board,
to restore the functionality of the machine (the red
light "POWER" switches on) all the devices already
activated, with the exception of the sliding front
truck, come back to original position
- press again the button RESET to restore the sliding
front truck.
The machine is ready for a new finishing.
Wait 3 sec. before de-selecting the red
mushroom EMERGENCY-STOP.
OPERATION OF THE
SAFETY PRESSURE SWITCH
The pressure switch works when the compressed air
inlet pressure is <5bar: "alarm 01" appears on the
TOUCH SCREEN and
and TOUCH SCREEN, turns off (red light "POWER"
off).
OPERATION OF FRONT PRESS
SAFETY DEVICE
When the frame around the front press is raised
(from front press closing to end of finishing cycle) the
8 or 9 alarm appear on the PLC, the front press
immediately open and the same for all other devices
already activated (cuff clamp, cuff placket press, rear
press) and the machine stopped. Press twice the
button RESET on the sliding front truck to restore the
machine; repeat the finishing cycle. See "Safety
warnings-Safety devices".
OPERATION OF HOT AIR RECOVERY
When the blowing function is active the hot air
recovery function is active at the same time: the air
around the shoulder-press is sucked from the built-in
hood and fed back into the circulation to optimize the
energy saving.
SHUTTING DOWN THE MACHINE
Proceed as follows:
a) Turn off the general switch of the machine and
the
general
"Installation-Connections-Electrical").
b) Close the tap fitted on the steam pipe (see
"Installation-Connections-External boiler")
c) Close the tap fitted on the compressed air feed
(see "Installation-Connections-Compressed air").
d) Wait at least 10 minutes before closing the tap
on the condensate outlet pipe (see "Installation-
Connections-External boiler") to allow the drain
of condensate that is formed following the
cooling of the machine.
