Hold up the transparent connection hose (10) next to the fill
scale (12) on the pressure vessel (11). The water level in
the hose is roughly equivalent to the water level in the pres-
sure vessel and can be read from the fill scale.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Before any work on the water pressure equipment,

press the button (6) on the pressure release valve un-
til the water pressure equipment is depressurised.
Keep the opening of the safety valve (4) free and clean.
As a pressure vessel requiring monitoring, the water pres-
sure equipment must be checked regularly to ensure it is in
proper condition. Refer to the specifications valid in your
country.
Maintain the sealing rings (see figure A)
Occasionally, lubricate the sealing ring (16) on the pump
and the sealing ring (15) on the pump's piston with a resin-
free, acid-free grease.
To maintain the sealing ring (15), unscrew the pump
cover (14) and remove the piston from the pump. Lubricate
the sealing ring (15), insert the piston into the pump and
screw back on the pump cover (14).
Replace the damaged seals immediately. Only Bosch
