6 Cleaning and maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the warewasher during operation

Risk of chemical burns due to chemicals
After the wash, wash water with chemicals continues to adhere to the filters
and wash fields.

Wear protective clothing, protective gloves and protective goggles.

6 Cleaning and maintenance
Ø
Remove the ventilation grill (1) from the
top and wash in the warewasher.
Ø
Fit the ventilation grill (1).
Ø
Open the hood.
Ø
Spray the suction channel (2) with warm
water. Use a water hose, not a high-
pressure cleaner.
