that the slot cap is securely attached.
*1 IPX5 equivalent means that this cell phone
will maintain its operability as a phone even
if it is sprayed with water from a 6.3 mm
diameter nozzle at a distance of about 3
meters for more than 3 minutes at a rate
of about 12.5 liters per minute from any
direction.
*2 IPX7 equivalent means that OA2006 will
maintain its operability as a phone with no
water getting inside the main unit even if
it is gently submerged in a tank of still tap
water at room temperature to a depth of 1
meter for about 30 minutes.
*3 IP6X equivalent means that this cell phone
will securely maintain its function of no grit
and dust getting inside the main unit even
after it has been placed in an apparatus
with grit and dust of diameters of 75 μ
m or less and shaken for 8 hours (ingress
of grit and dust cannot be prevented
completely).

What You Can Do with
Waterproofness of OA2006
• You can talk without an umbrella in the rain
(for rainfall of 20 mm or less per hour).
• You can wash this cell phone shaking gently
in fresh and room-temperature tap-water (5℃
to 35℃ ) in wash-basin.
- W i t h h o l d i n g t h e s l o t c a p n o t t o o p e n ,
wash this cell phone with tap water without
rubbing hard.
- Do not use brush, sponge, soap, detergent,
etc. for washing.
- After washing away, wipe the surface of
this cell phone with a dry cloth and then
remove remaining water. → P38
• You can use it at a poolside. However, do not
pour the pool water over this cell phone or
soak it in the pool water.
