Yes, simply turn the selector dial during cooking to add time.
Make sure to use microwave-safe cookware only.
Cooking time or power level might have been incorrect;
try adjusting these.
Try stirring or turning the food.
Position food off-center.

batches and single layers or tossing food.
Cooking time or temperature might have been incorrect;
try adjusting these.
Some foods may require more oil than others.
Make sure food is spread evenly in a single layer.
If there is overlap, toss or flip halfway through.
Put the food in for additional cooking time.
Oil may leak into the pan from greasy foods and produce
steam.
Foods with high moisture content cause condensation when
the water evaporates.
The basket or pan may contain grease residue; clean these
properly.
Hand-wash accessories with warm, sudsy water.
Soak the accessories in hot, sudsy water and use a
nonabrasive cleaner.
