If he rollers are not aligned proceed as follows:
1.
Remove the side covers n°57 and n°60;
2.
Loosen the rear adjustment screws n°11;
3.
Extract the support n°10;
4.
Introduce remove the spacers n°7 until achievement
of the correct distance;
5.
Remount the support;
6.
Pull the adjustment screws until preventing the slid-
ing of the arm (in order to adjust the sliders);
7.
Loosen the adjusters a half turn;
8.
Check correct sliding along the entire stroke length
9.
Tighten the counter-nuts.

Self-centering chuck sliding table

Check procedure of the appropriate functioning of the
self-centering chuck, of the sliders and replacement of
the reducer gear.
Correct functioning check:
1.
Mount a wheel on the self-centering chuck;
2.
Check that there are no excessive plays on the self-
centering chuck table;
If there are excessive plays of the device proceed as
follows:
3.
Disconnect power supply;
4.
Open the RT side door;
5.
Remove the self-centering chuck:
$
Extract the central shaft;
$
Unscrew the central locking nut with a 14mm long
wrench;
$
Extract the self-centering chuck;
$
Extract the plastic transmission bushings;
$
Remove the central connection that maintains the
tool aligned with the axis;
$
Remove the two metal sheet closing covers.
6.
Disconnect the clip of the hydraulic cylinder N°2
releasing thus the self-centering chuck;
7.
Unscrew the support screws of the right sliding slid-
ers;
8.
Proceed with adjusters replacement;

Warning: for an easier assembling it is adviced to
use a generous quantity of grease, to maintain all
pieces in position.
