All purpose flour
Sugar
Milk powder
Water
Salt
Unsalted butter
Dry yeast
700 gms
Method
(1.5lbs)
1) Add milk powder with all purpose flour followed by
390 gms
sugar and salt
3 tbsp
2) Mix with hand, pour in baking pan
3 tbsp
3) Add butter into the mixture
250 ml
4) Add warm water and mixed all ingredients
5) Select program 12 'HOME MADE', press 'CYCLE',
KNEAD1 will appear, press 'TIME', set desired time.
1 tsp
Again press 'CYCLE' and complete timings up to
'KEEP WARM'
3 tbsp
6) After all above steps, press 'START/STOP' button
2 1/4 tsp
