4. AUTOCHECK EXPERIENCE, SERVICE PROGRAM
4.3.2 Manual test
Every component in the robotic lawnmower can
be tested in the manual test. The function consists
of 4 parts:
Power/Motors
User interface
Sensors
Loop
When using Manual test unlike Auto test, you
have to start and stop the components you wish
to test yourself. When you have started a test, for
example, of the wheel motors, these will run until
you click on Stop. This provides greater control
over the test. Manual test is therefore appropriate
to use when you want to test a specific compo-
nent and allow it to work for a long period. Values
are shown on screen throughout the entire test.
4.3.3 Operating history
Operating history shows how well a robotic lawn-
mower has been functioning. The function is di-
vided into 2 parts:
Operating data
Operating data displays information about the
mower's function divided into Key data, Search
times and Battery history. Trip is also displayed
under Operating data. Essentially the same infor-
mation is saved here as under Key data, but with
the difference that the trip counter can be reset
(just as the number of kilometers can be reset in a
car). This function is ideal to use when you wish to
see how the mower has been functioning during a
specific period.
To reset: Click on the Reset button.
Fault memory
This function displays the mower's fault memory
divided in 2 lists. The left-hand list displays the
last 50 faults to occur. The right-hand list shows
how many times each fault message has oc-
curred. It is possible to sort both lists by clicking
on the headings for each list.
4.3.4 Programming
Programming entails updating the MSW, SSW
and HMI programs in the robotic lawnmower.
Ensure that Autocheck EXP is always updated be-
fore programming commences.
