A new string of up to 1024 characters can be entered and is saved by pressing the corresponding update button.
The interpretation of the extended configuration string depends on the version of the IVAS application
Version Information: Version information from the last deployed update file. Empty for the initial production configuration.

Reset MCU: Reset the IVAS device and start the application with the new configuration / firmware. Once the message
"IVAS Reset Complete" appears, the browser tab can be closed.
5.1.3 Firmware update
On the firmware upload page (see figure 9), a file can be specified for upload. After pressing the "Upload" button, the upload
process will start in the background. This process, as well as the file verification on the IVAS device (CRC) may take some
time and should not be interrupted. Once complete, a status page is shown. This page offers the possibility to reset the
IVAS device or to go to the configuration page. The new firmware gets executed after a reset. Firmware update can only be
performed with prototype software status; a later update to series firmware version cannot be performed.
