Sump Cover Removal

Engine Lower End: Service and Repairs
1. Drain the oil.
2. Turn the motor upside down.
3. Remove the 7 (10 mm) bolts securing the sump cover to the crankcase.
4. Using a soft base hammer, tap the sump cover to remove from the crankcase.
5. Remove the sump cover from the crankcase.
