For each category of the menu, a Tool button enables to:
•
Print the category content
•
Export the category content in PDF, Excel or CSV format
It is also possible to:
•
Filter the rows in the Search field
•
Configure the number of entries per page via the Entries list box
•
Display a category menu via the Columns button
•
Clear all the filters done by column via the Reset Filters button
The following paragraphs provide a detailed description of the different inventory views available in the
OXO Connectivity application.
7.6.6.2 Inventory
7.6.6.2.1 Hardware
The Hardware page displays the hardware of an OXO Connect and the equipment physically
connected in each cabinet:
•
Type of cabinet
•
Type of boards plugged in the slots of the cabinet
For each board, the following information is displayed (depending on the type of board):
•
Type of daughterboard
•
Directory number of the board accesses
•
Types of phone set registered on the board accesses
•
Sub-devices registered on the board accesses
7.6.6.2.2 Devices
The Devices page displays the list of the equipment connected to an OXO Connect.
A device can be:
•
A phone or softphone
•
An AOM: add-on module of keys extension
•
A tool: a device which is not a phone set
