Broccoli and mushroom bake
Ingredients:
300 g broccoli
300 g mushrooms
diced
125 g crème fraîche
100 ml double cream
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp salt

Method:
1. Separate the broccoli into florets and place them in
a suitable dish. Clean and slice the mushrooms and
add them to the broccoli along with the diced
potatoes.
