SYMPTOM: Remote receiver not functioning.
DEFECT SAMPLE: Remote receiver board (TNPA5378) damaged with screw marking. (as shown)
CAUSE: KA Board (TNPA5378) damaged due to wrong TYPE A screw applied instead of TYPE B screw usage.
CAUTION POINT:
a) Only use attached screw TYPE A to bracket for fixing to pedestal base.
