In the Manual instructions dialog:
Select Pumps and pressure:System flow.

Enter a low Flow rate (e.g., 0.2 ml/min).

Result: A system flow of 0.2 ml/min starts.
When buffer leaves the tube on port 2A in a continuous mode and the top
part of the column is filled with buffer, connect the tube to the top of the
column.
