・IF™ and TSS™ are not displayed correctly if [FTP] is not entered correctly on the SGX-CA600.
・The FTP value needs to be set for each of the SGX-CA600 and Cyclo-Sphere.
・Set the FTP value in [Settings] > [User Settings] > [FTP].
・Intensity is an index to display the training intensity in real time.
When performing training for a short time with a high power value or performing training for a long
time with a low power value, you can do so easily by setting the numerical value of this function as
the goal to be attained.
Use 70 to 90% as a guide for the target of training intensity and duration.
The average power is calculated in real time with respect to each time of the MMP parameters set
in [User Settings] to display the ratios to the MMPs. When "Auto" is selected, the highest ratio is
displayed together with the time.
The duration at the bottom left of the data field is automatically updated to the time that the intensi-
ty is the highest.
