Hydraulic-tank cap Controls Traction and Stopping Pedal The traction pedal (Figure 7) has 3 functions: to make the machine move forward, to move it backward, and to stop the machine.
Important: Do not operate in reverse with the attachment in the down (operating) position or the attachment could be severely damaged. Ignition Switch The ignition switch (Figure 9), used to start and stop the engine, has 3 positions: Off, Run, and Start. Rotate the key clockwise to the Start position to engage the starter motor.
