Personal Data

Make sure you have read our privacy policy, which you can find on our website.
•
Make sure your Nokia® account password is secure enough to restrict access
to your account. It should be at least eight-character long, have mixed case, and use
a combination of alphanumeric and special characters.
•
We recommend that you protect access to the Nokia Health Mate® app
with an additional passcode and/or Touch ID. You can do so from the app by going
to Settings in the app and activating Touch ID and Passcode.
•
We recommend that you export your data on a regular basis to local storage on your
home computer. You can do so from the Nokia Health Mate®
Measurement table, selecting the tab corresponding to the data you want to export
and clicking Download.
