Parts required to install your
cooker
(parts not covered by warranty)
Gas cylinder installation:
1. Exclusive pressure regulator
for your cooker.
2. PVC plastic hose with yellow
stripes or 1/2" flexible metal
hose and adaptor (if the hose
cross behind the cooker).
3. Two metal clamps (good
quality) with bolts.
Procedures for installing
with PVC
hose with
yellow stripes
When the gas cylinder is on
the side of the cooker gas
inlet, you can use PVC hose
with yellow stripes, since it not
cross behind the cooker and do
not stay next the hot air outlets.

Gas installation

1. Place the metal clamp at
the end of the hose; after that,
attach the hose in the cooker
inlet point and tighten the
clamp with a screwdriver(fig.1).
2. Place another clamp in the
opposite end of the hose, then
attach the hose in the pressure
regulator and tighten the clamp
with a screwdriver (fig. 2).

Carefully
tighten
pressure regulator in the gas
cylinder (fig. 3).
4. After installing, check if there
are leaks using soapsuds or
liquid detergent (fig. 4)

Procedures for installing the P13 gas
cylinder with flexible metal hose
1. Using a 22 mm and a 26
mm wrenches, attach one
end of the flexible metal hose
to the adapter.
2. Then attach the flexible
metal hose with the adapter
to
the
cooker
gas
(figures 5 and 6);
3. If the pressure regulator is
not compatible with the flexible
metal hose (figure 7), you must
replace the regulator valve
(figure 8).
4. Attach the other end of
the flexible metal hose to
the pressure regulator valve
(figures 9 and 10); remember
to use the sealing ring.

Attach
the
pressure
regulator to the gas cylinder,
apriete tighten it only with the
hands (fig. 3). This system
was developed for sealing
only with the "manual" force,
requiring no tools.
6. Release the gas and check
if there are leaks using viscous
liquid detergent, which ensures
better
performance
effectiveness in test (fig. 4).
Installation with a central gas
system
The central gas and defined building area
containing transportable or stationary containers
and accessories intended for the storage of gas
consumption.
In a installation with central gas there are some
important points:
1- Stationary cylinder or cylinders portable
battery;

4- Consumption meter.
To install your cooker to the central gas, check
if your home has a unique wall gas valve for the
kitchen, in a good working condictions and follow
according to the previous item.
