Troubleshooting
Before requesting service, make the following checks.
If the problem remains unresolved, consult your dealer for instructions.
Do you have the latest firmware installed?

To return all settings to the factory defaults.
≥ Press and hold the RESET button for at least 5 seconds with a paper
clip or similar, and then release the button.
Cannot turn on the unit.
≥ After connecting the AC adaptor, wait about 10 seconds.
≥ Check to see if the USB connector of the DC cable is correctly
connected to the AC adaptor. (l 9)
≥ Check to see if the DC cable is correctly connected to this unit. (l 9)
The indicators do not light up.
≥ Check to see if the USB connector of the DC cable is correctly
connected to the AC adaptor. (l 9)
≥ Check to see if the DC cable is correctly connected to this unit. (l 9)
≥ The WPS indicator blinks/lights up only when the WPS feature is in use.
≥ The LAN1 or LAN2 indicator lights up only when this unit is correctly
connected to another device with a LAN cable.
