Is possible to set a minute minder to activate an alarm after a countdown expire, without stopping any active cooking cycle

Duration Timer
Is possible to set a duration timer to activate an alarm after a countdown expire and also stopping any active cooking cycle;
the internal fan, the oven lamp and all elements are deactivated

Quick pressing to switch ON-OFF the oven lamp
Change the countdown as described above
Keep pressed for 3 sec to set the UI to STAND-BY status
Quick set of a new countdown as above described
To stop the buzzer, the display still flashes
Set the UI to STAND-BY status
Set a duration timer
Set a minute minder (see §7)
Set the UI to STAND-BY status
Set temperature and aborts the duration timer setting
Modify the set function (see §6)
Increase/decrease countdown, with higher speed if keep pressed.
Max possible countdown 13h.
3sec after the edit of last item, the countdown starts.
