7. Advanced functions

Call forwarding, call waiting, and send own number are

network services available through your service provider.

These features do not appear in your phone's 1HWZRUN

VHUYLFHV menu until you save the related feature code(s)

given to you by your service provider. After you save the

feature activation or cancellation code, the feature appears

in the phone's menu and you can use the menu to turn the

feature on or off.

Note: Feature codes can be saved only when your primary

phone number (NAM 1) is selected. See page 34.

To save a feature activation code, press 0HQX 4 4 2. At the

)HDWXUH FRGH= prompt, enter the feature activation code,

then press 2. . Scroll to the feature that the code applies to,

then press 6HOHFW . (If the feature is call forwarding, choose

one of the four types of call forwarding.) Finally, scroll to

$FWLYDWH , then press 2. .

$FWLYDWH will now appear in the menu for that feature.
