ONDA WiFi EXTENDER
DECLARATION OF CE CONFORMITY
ONDA Communication S.p.A. declares that the product is compliant with
the essential requirements prescribed by the 1999/5/CE directive of the
European Parliament and the Council for radio equipment and telecommu-
nication terminal equipment (and mutual recognition of their conformity)
and the italian D.Lgs. 9th May 2001 n. 269 and follows the regulations described
therein. The declaration of conformity can be obtained upon request from ONDA
Communication S.p.A.
DECLARATION OF ROHS CONFORMITY
he modem MO835UP manufactured by ONDA Communication S.p.A. is compliant
with the 2002/95/EC European Parliament directive with reference to the following
substances:
1. Lead (Pb)
2. Mercury (Hg)
3. Cadmium (Cd)
4. Hexavalent Chromium (Cr (VI))
5. Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB)
6. Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE)
Conformity to the EU 2002/95/EC
directive follows verification of the test reports published by a trusted
laboratory, asserting that the level of any potential contamination of the
aforementioned substances is within the maximum allowed limit estab-
lished by the EU 2002/95/EC.
Compliance with the European Directives 2002/95/CE and 2002/96/CE.
The product and its accessories, as electrical and electronic equipment in general,
shall be handled according to differential waste collection policies and cannot be dis-
posed of as municipal waste.
The product and its accessories which are to be disposed, as electrical and electronic
equipment in general, must be delivered to municipal waste collection facilities or, if
available, collection facilities made available by the manufacturer itself. When pur-
chasing new electrical or electronic equipment, any used equipment may be returned
directly to the distributor who shall withdraw it free of charge. The municipality or
the distributor may refuse to perform free-of-charge withdrawal of electrical or elec-
tronic equipment if there is a risk of contamination for the staff in charge of the with-
drawal or if it is evident that the equipment in question does not contain its essential
components or contains waste not deriving from electrical or electronic equipment.
