  • Page 17 ACCU-CHEK Inform II Calibration (Coding) Procedure: 1. Turn the meter on. 2. Enter your operator ID via the barcode scanner or manually according to facility policy. 3. Touch to confirm and display the Main Menu. 4. Touch to open the Main Menu 2 screen.

Fingerstick Sample Collection NOTE: Before performing a fingerstick blood glucose test, carefully assess the patient for any indication that fingerstick blood glucose testing may not be appropriate.
