    How to Perform Patient Testing Note: Prior to testing, ask patient to wash hands with soap and water, then let dry. If patient is unable to wash hands, wipe with alcohol, then let dry. Press the On/Off button power on the meter. Once the Power Up screen appears, touch to proceed...
