Meaning:
mem signifies that the result being
displayed is a result from memory.
No results have been saved.
The meter cannot calculate the aver-
age of the last 7, 14 or 30 days,
The average blood glucose result for
the last 7, 14 or 30 days is displayed.
It was calculated using (for example)
24, 43 and 70 blood glucose results,
respectively.

as memory only contains results
that are not used in the calcula-
tion, e.g. quality control results,
as you have not entered the date
and time,
as you have set the date to a
time in the past.

Meaning:
You are requested to run a quality
control test.
This result is/was a quality control result.
The temperature during testing was at
the limit of the permitted range (between
+6 °C and +10 °C or between +40 °C
and +44 °C).
Do not use the result as a basis for
therapeutic decisions.
Symbols, display messages and troubleshooting
Turn the meter off. Let the meter
warm up or cool down slowly. Turn
the meter on again and repeat the
test.
During testing the permitted tem-
perature range is from +10 °C to
+40 °C.
