OFF and hypo? flash in the display. The presetting is: hypo indicator off.
You can choose between the following hypo indicator levels:
3.3 mmol/L (60 mg/dL )
3.9 mmol/L (70 mg/dL )
4.4 mmol/L (80 mg/dL )
Press the M button to move to the next option.

When your chosen level is displayed, press the Test button to turn
the meter off. The hypo indicator is then set to this level.
If you wish to turn the hypo indicator off again:
Press the S button to turn the meter on.
Press the S button repeatedly until hypo? and the level you have
chosen appear in the display.
Press the M button to select OFF.
Press the Test button to turn the meter off.
The hypo indicator is only reliable if your hypo indicator level has
been properly selected. Therefore we strongly recommend that
you talk to your healthcare professional about what blood glucose
level is your hypo level before you set the indicator. This function
is no substitute for hypoglycaemia training by your doctor or dia-
betes team.
The blood glucose level indicating a hypo may vary from person
i
to person. Therefore we recommend leaving the hypo indicator
function turned off when using the meter in a professional set-
ting.
