Setting the hypo indicator

To help you to recognize a possible hypo, you can set the meter to let
you know when your test result indicates a low blood glucose .You can
select what blood glucose level you want this indicator to have. There
are three options. If your blood glucose result is below the level you
have chosen, the warning hypo? appears in the display together with
the result. If the beep tone is turned on (On 1), the meter also beeps.
You cannot set the hypo indicator if you have turned Acoustic
i
Mode on (On 2). This is to prevent it from being confused with
other beep tones. If you have already set a level, the hypo indica-
tor is automatically turned off if you subsequently turn Acoustic
Mode on.
