Removal and Replacement Procedures
4. Spread the retaining tabs 1 that secure the primary memory
board to the socket. The edge of the board that is opposite
the edge connector rises up.
5. Pull the board away from the socket at a 45-degree angle 2.
Removing the Memory Module
Reverse the above procedure to install the memory module.
