Note: After changing the speed/duplex setting, the access point reboots.
Connection Type: Allows selection of a static or DHCP setting.
DHCP: DHCP is the default. The IP address, subnet mask, default
gateway, and Domain Name Server (DNS) addresses are dynamically
assigned to the access point's DHCP client by the network DHCP
server.
Static IP: If selected, the DHCP client is disabled and the IP address
settings are auto populated.
IP Address: The IP address of the access point. Valid IP
addresses consist of four decimal numbers, 0 to 255, separated
by periods. (The default is 192.168.1.10.) Required field.
Subnet Mask: The mask that identifies the host address bits used
for routing to specific subnets. (The default is 255.255.255.0.)
Required field.
Default Gateway: The default gateway is the IP address of the
next-hop gateway router for the access point, which is used if the
requested destination address is not on the local subnet. Required
field.
DNS Nameservers: Select Dynamic or Manual. The primary and
secondary IP address of Domain Name Servers on the network.
A DNS maps numerical IP addresses to domain names and can
be used to identify network hosts by familiar names instead of
the IP addresses.
Domain: The domain suffix for hostname/domain-name lookups, when
not assigned by DHCP. The length is between 1 and 64 characters, and
must contain an "." in the string.
[Update]: Updates the IP settings.
