The automatic timer and clock on your range are
helpful devices that serve several purposes.
To Set the Clock
and turn the clock hands to the
correct time. (The Minute Timer
pointer will move also. Let the
knob out, then turn the Minute
Timer pointer to OFF. )

day when I wish to use the Automatic Timer
for baking?
A. Yes, if you wish to set the DELAY START or
STOP TIME dials (on some models) to turn on and

A. The Minute Timer can be used during any cooking
function. The Automatic Timers (DELAY START
and STOP TIME dials) are used with TIMED
BAKED function only.

Minute Timer
The lMinute Timer has been
combined with the CLOCK. Use it
to time all your precise cooking
operations. You' 11 recognize the
Minute Timer as the pointer which
is different in color and shape than
the clock hands.
Q. Should I change the clock while I'm Time
Cooking in the oven?
A. The clock should not be changed durirlg any
program that uses the o~en timer. YoLl must either
stop those programs or wail until they are finished
before changing time.
