on fresh foods can cause hot fat to bubble
up and ox>t the sides of the pan.
Use little fi_t for effective shallow ov deep
liat flTing. Filling the pan too fltll of/_at can
cause spilloxevs when food is added.
If a combination of oils or Fats will be
used ira flTing, stir together before heating,
or as Fats melt slowly.
Always heat i_at slowly, and watch as it heats.
Use a deep fat thevmometeF whenever
possible to prex>nt ox>flteafing Fat beyond
the smoking point.
Avoid scratching the glass cooktop.
Tim cooktop can be scratched with imms
such as sharp insunments, lings or otheF
jewel U, and lixets on clothing.
Do not opevam tim radiant surface units if
the glass is broken. Spilloxers or cleaning
sohtfion in W penetrate a broken cookmp
and cream a risk of elecnica] shock.
Contact a qualified technician immediately
should your glass cooktop become broken.

Do not place ov stove items that can melt

Be cavefltl when placing spoons or odaer

Cleaning Pad to clean the cooktop.
To avoid possible damage to the cooking
snr/_ace, do not apply cleaning cream to
flae glass surface when it is hot.
After cleaning, use a d U cloth or paper
towel to remove all cleaning cream
residue.
Read and %llow all instructions and
warnings on the cleaning cream labels.
Larg_ scratches ov impacts to glass doors
or cooktops can lead to broken ov
shattered glass.
Do not leme any imms on the cooktop.
