The warming drawer will keep hot, cooked foods at serving temperature. Always start with hot food. Do not
use to heat cold food other than crisping crackers, chips or dry cereal.

To Use the Warming Drawer
Push and mrn the comte! knob to any
desired
setting.
When Using the Warming Drawer
The warming
drawer will keep hot, cooked
foods wmm. Always start with hot t0od. Do
not rise to heat cold t0od
other
than
crisping
crackers,
chips or (ha' cereal.
Do not line the warming drawer or pan
with aluminum foil. Foil is an excellent heat
insulator and will trap heat beneath it. This
will upset the performance of the drawer
and could damage the interior finish.
Allow approximately 25 minutes for the
warming drawer to preheat.
Do not put liquid or water in the
wmming
(h'awe_:
M1 fi_ods placed in the wmming
drawer
should
be covered
with a lid or
ahmfinum
foil. When
wamfing
pastries
or breads,
the cover should
be vented
to
allow inoisture
to escape.
Food should
be kept hot in its cooking
container
or tmnsterred
to a heat-sate
serving
dish.
CAUTION: P/astl?containers or p/astl? wrap wi//
melt if in &ect contact with the drawer, pan or a hot
