To use the bridge burner, turn the left-front
control knob to the BRIDGEBURNERsettings.
For full bridge surface unit operation, also turn
on the left-rear surface unit.
To use only the front surface unit, turn
the control knob to the FRONT BURNER settings.

FOOD POISONHAZARD:BG terim may grow in
food at temperatures below 140°F.
Always start with hot food. Do not use warm
setting to heat cold food.
Do not use warm setting for more than
2 hours.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in
foodborne illness.
The WARNINGZONE,located in the back
center of the glass surface, will keep hot, cooked
food at serving temperature. Always start with
hot food. Do not use to heat cold food. Placing
uncooked or cold food on the WARNINGZONE
could result in foodborne illness.
To use the WARNING ZONE:
[7] Touch the WARNINGZONE ON/OFF pad.

Touch the I (low),2 (medium),or 3 (high)
pad to select the desired control setting.
[-_ Touch the STARTpad. WARNER HOT ON
will be in the control display.
To turn off the WARNING ZONE:
Touch the WARNING ZONE ON/OFF pad.
NOTE: The CLEAR/OFF pad will not turn off
the WARNING ZONE.
For best results, all foods on the WARNING
ZONEshould be covered with a lid or aluminum
foil. When warming pastries or breads, the
cover should be vented to allow moisture to
escape.
Use the lowest setting for breads and pastries.
Use a medium setting for vegetables, sauces,
stews, cream soups, butter and chocolate. Use
the highest setting for soups (liquid)and hot
beverages.These initial suggested settings are
for reference only. The temperature, type and
amount of food, type of pan, and the time held
will affect the quality of the food.
Always use pot holders or oven mitts when
removing food from the WARMINGZONE,
since cookware and plates will be hot.
NOTE:The surface warmer will not glow red
likethe cooking elements.
