TheSabbath feature can beused for baking/roasting only. It cannot be used for broiling.
NOTE: The oven light comes on automatically (on some models) when the door is opened and goes off when the
door is closed. The bulb mad be removed. On models with a light switch on the control panel, the oven light mad be
turned on and left on.

How to Set for Regular Baking/Roasting
NOTE: Tounderstandhow the ovencontrol
works,practice usingregular baking (non-
Sabbath) beforeenteringSabbathmode._
Nake sure the clockshows the Correcttime
of dad and the oven is off.
[_ TOuchand hold both the Bake and
Broil Hi/Lo pads, at the same time,
until the displag showsSF.

T ap the Clock pad until S_b appears
in the displag.
F_ Touch the Start/On pad and _ will
appear in the displag.
Touchthe Bake pad.No signalwill
be given.
[-_ Touch the Start/Onpad.
After a random deled period of
epproximatelg 30seconds to,1 minute,
c will appear in the displag indicating
that the oven is baking!roasting. If _
doesn't appear in the disptag, star1 again
at Step/4.
To adjust the oventemperature, touch the
Bake pad and top the + or - padsto increase
or decreasethe temperature in 25°
increments.Touch the Start/On pod.
NOTE: T he Clear/Offpad is activeduring
the Sabbath feature.
Thepreset starting temperature will
automaticallg be set to 350°.Tap.the+
or- padsto increaseor decreasethe
temperature in 25° increments.The
temperature can be set between 170°
end 550°. No signal or temperaturewill
be given.

How to Exit the Sabbath Feature
Touchthe Clear/Off pad.

random dela_ period of approximatelg
30 secondsto i minute,until onig
is in the displabj.
Touch and hold boththe Bake and
BroilHi/Lo pads, at the same time,
until the displag showsSF.

Tapthe Clock pad until On or Off
appearsin the displa_j. O nindicates
that the ovenwill automaticallgturn
off after 12 hours.Offindicates that
the ovenwill not automaticollg turn off.

Touchthe Start/On pad.
NOTE: l f apower outageoccurred while
the ovenwas in Sabbath,theaven will
automaticallg tum off and stag off even
when thepower returns.Theoven control
must be reset.
