How to Set the Oven for Baking or Roasting
Yourovenis not designed for open-doorcooking.

Preheating and Pan Placement
Preheat tile oven if' tile recipe calls fi)r it.
To preheat, set tile oven at tile correct

is necessary
for good results when
baking cakes,
cookies, pastry and breads.

preheat 10minutes.
Baking results will be better if baking pans

or the wails of the oven. If vou need to use
two shelves, stagger the pans so one is not

Do not use aiumbum foii on the bottom of
the oven.
Never entirely (over a shelf with

a spillover by plating it on a lower shelf'

Oven Moisture
