How to Insert the Griddle
A CAUTION:Placeandremove the
griddle only whenall grates andgriddle are cool
and all surfaceunitsare turnedOFF.
The griddle can only be used with the
center burne_: To insert the griddle,
remove the center grate and replace with
the griddle.
Using the Griddle
Most gdddled fi)ods require cooking
on a preheated sm_i_ce. Preheat griddle
acc(nding to the guide below, then switch
to the desired cook setting.
