with aluminumfoil. Foilis anexcellentheat
insulator and will trapheat beneathit. This
will upsettheperformance of thedrawer
andcoulddamagethe interiorfinish.
Allow approximately 25minutesfor the
warmingdrawer topreheat.
Do not put liquid or water in die
warming draweL
All foods placed in die warming
drawer should be covered wifli a lid or
alulilinuii1 foil. When wamling pastries
or breads, the cover should be vented to
allow moisture m escape.
Food should be kept hot in its cooking
container or mmsferred to a heat-safe
serving dish.
CAUTION: Plasticcontainers orp/asticwrapwill
melt if in directcontactwith thedrawer, p anor a hot
utensil. M eltedplasticmaynot beremovable andis
