For 90 days from the date of purchase, Sears will repair this Craftsman Garage Door Opener, free of charge, if defective in material or
workmanship. In the event you have a question with the assembly or operation of your garage door opener, or have any damaged or missing parts,

LIMITED WARRANTY
From the 91st day until five years from the date of purchase, Sears will furnish replacement parts for any defective parts, free of charge. Labor not
included.
LIMITED WARRANTY ON MOTOR
I/2HP MOTOR: After 1 year and through 5 years, if the motor on this Garage Door Opener is defective, Sears will furnish a replacement motor,
free of charge. You pay for labor.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
This limited warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular
purpose. This limited warranty does not cover non-defective damage, damage caused by improper installation, operation or care, replacement of
batteries and light bulbs or units installed for nomresidential use.
Under no circumstances shall seller be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages arising in connection with use, or inability to use, this
,roduct. In no event shall seller's liability for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict liability exceed the cost of the product
covered hereby. No person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of this product.

CENTER IN THE UNITED STATES.
